Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
